Our APIs work using a credits system and do not require a one-off registration or monthly subscription fee. Credit bundles, which are valid for all of our APIs, start at just 250 credits, allowing you to try out our APIs with very little financial risk. Bundles of credits can be purchased in advance using a credit card and are valid for one year. You’ll be asked to select a start date when you make your purchase.
What does one credit buy?
The following credits apply per container. You are charged only once per container and can check the container as many times as you like during a 30-day cycle. The 30-day cycle begins the first time you successfully call the API per container at a specific terminal.
- Import Availability: 1 credit per container
- Empty Container Returns: Free of charge
- Export Booking Enquiry: 2 credits per booking
- Vessel Schedule: 2 credits per vessel
- Terminal Vessel Schedule: 40 credits per terminal, per 30 day cycle from date of first API call
- Container Event History: 1 credit per container
- Truck Appointments: Free of charge

Free Trial
With the COVID-19 pandemic likely to impact supply chains for the foreseeable future, and the need for vital medical supplies to reach customers as quickly as possible, the necessity for accurate, real-time data has never been greater. We offer a 90-day free trial for all of our APIs so you can experience the benefits without worrying about costs.
Where applicable the trial period will commence from the date you choose when accepting a Plan (see Getting Started for further details). There is no subscription charge, no automatic renewal and you can cancel the trial at any time.
How do I purchase a credit bundle?
To purchase a credit bundle, login to your account and select the ‘Balance and Credits’ tab and then ‘Add Credit’. You will be guided through the payment process.
